Dada tata!!

Sourav Ganguly, a leader of no parallel, a rebel of shrewdest kind, who brings the opposition to its feet within in no time, has called it a day. VRS they call, but for the man who has accomplished what no other Indian captain even dreamt, the treatment has been a little offset.

The most successful captain of Indian Cricket, has the best cricketing acumen compared to all his counterparts. It is Dada who showed the great Steve Waugh the backdoor, when he tried to win the last frontier in 2001. The most intimidating Aussie cricket team, was served with same medicine they used - vengeance.

Most powerful mind games could be credited to this GOD on off side. The late coming for the toss, the superstitious bat changes, taking of his shirt at lords, the greatest sixes he hits on a spinner, how could one replace this legend.

Among the Fab 4, the most aggressive and the most pampered by the media had proved more points than he could make. He came back so strong into world cricket once, that Dada would be remembered for not only his greatness with the bat, but also the enduring perseverance, love for the game and never say die attitude.

As Ajay Jadeja says, "Sourav has accepted this with a golden handshake", one must realise the farewell to one of the greatest cricketers India has produced is still a little uncomplimentary.

Bid Adieu to the Prince of Kolkatta!!
